Can AI find your business in Australia?
More customers now ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI who to call. Half of Australians have already used AI to research a purchase.1 See how you're showing up in AI and what to fix first.
- 27% of Australians regularly use AI to research products or services, and 23% have done it once or twice. Research by Ideally, reported in Just 3% of Aussies would buy a product on an AI recommendation alone, B&T, 14 September 2026.
Website audit, questions
It scans up to 10 pages of your site and works through a 25-point checklist in five groups. Visible: whether Google and AI search tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity are let in and can read your pages without JavaScript, one address per page, and a sitemap. Clear: page titles and descriptions, headings, enough words, image alt text and pages that link to each other. Trustworthy: HTTPS, no broken links, your ABN, an about page and signs the site is kept up to date. Speedy: Google PageSpeed on your homepage, including load time, layout shift, page weight and fitting a phone screen. Local: business details AI can read, your address with state and postcode, and an Australian phone number people can tap to call.
Yes. Your score, all five groups and the whole checklist show up on this page straight away, with nothing to sign up for. All we ask for is your website, your name and a business email.
Usually under a minute. Most of the wait is Google PageSpeed loading your homepage the way a phone would. Keep the tab open while it runs, because the report lives on this page.
Each of the five groups gets a bar out of 10 and a rating of Strong, Alright or Poor. Your total out of 100 is the average of the groups we checked. If a group says Couldn't check, we couldn't get a straight answer in time (Google PageSpeed is slow that day, say), so we leave it out rather than guess. It gets no points or rating, its checks read Couldn't check, and your total only counts the groups we could actually check, so a missing one never drags it down.
Bonus checks, like a services page, an llms.txt file or a .au domain, are nice to have. They read Not yet when they're missing and never change your score.
No. Every score and every line on the checklist comes from fixed checks we run on your pages, the same way every time. AI only helps write the short summary in plain English so it makes sense without a web dev at your elbow.
Some fixes are quick wins you can sort yourself, like a missing page title or alt text on a few images. Speed, SEO structure and broken builds usually need someone who does it every day. Sign up, post a gig with what you want fixed, and local freelancers can pop in a bid to sort the rest.
